![]() It’s important to note that in most iOS builds the “find my” function for any device is paired to allowing the “find my phone” option through iCloud so the easiest way to try and reset this is, and yes I know how stupid this sounds, is to turn off the “find my” option on all devices and through iCloud. If neither work, you likely need to reset find my for both through apple. If the phone works and not the AirTag it’s likely an issue with syntax protocols for the Bluetooth AirTag having never been reset from a previous device. Log into iCloud using a computer, go to the find my web app, and try both it and your phone. I am surprised more people haven’t had this issue. Not sure how to do that as I no longer have the Tile, related app, or shortcut…. Somehow I need to get my phone to realise that when I say “hey siri, find my keys” I am asking for the AirTag, not the voice prompt for an old deleted shortcut from Tile. But “find my keys” is trying to trigger an old non-existing Tile shortcut. I can hack it by saying “hey siri, where are my keys” and that works fine with AirTag. So I deleted that shortcut but I still get this stupid error from apple. The Tile all auto created a shortcut that triggered when you said “find my keys” to Siri. I think this is because I have a very old shortcut for a Tile, which was an older similar thing to an AirTag. ![]() Shortcuts says, "Unable to find a shortcut named "Find my Keys"." When I say “hey Siri, find my keys” I get an error that says I am experiencing the same issue and it isn’t as basic as some others are describing.
